General
These Terms and Conditions regulates the relationship (”Agreement”, “Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) between the customer (”Customer”, “You”, “Your”) and Nilsson Corporate Services AB (”Vexis”, “we”, “our”, “us”), 559158-2449, and applies to the ordered Service (”Service”).
The Customer may be a private person over the age of 18 or a legal entity. The Customer cannot extend the contract to another party.
The service means that the Customer is leasing a part of Our shared hosting environment.

Domains
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm and warrant that you have read and comply with Openprovider’s registration agreement and the policies, terms and conditions of the following TLDs. You can find Operprovider’s registration agreement here: https://doc.openprovider.eu/Registration_Agreement.
For some TLDs, the registry will send an email to validate registrant data. Failure to reply to the email within the specified time frame may result in the registry suspending or deleting the domain.

If you list a Swedish address, but wish to use an ID number issued by a different country, then the ID number must include the two-letter country code of the issuing county. For example, a passport from the Netherlands with number 12345678 would be written as NL12345678. For Swedish residents, do not include any country code; the valid format is 123456-7890 (6 digits, dash, 4 digits).

Affiliates

Services
The Service is billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and annual basis (“Billing Cycle”). An invoice is usually issued 30 days before the end of the Billing Cycle. The first invoice that is issued for a service is due on the order date. If the invoice is not paid before its due date, Your account is terminated and Your right to use the Service ceases immediately. If you have activated automatic billing, we will attempt to capture the payment 2 days before the due date of the invoice, but we do not guarantee that it will be successful.
Vexis may, in its sole discretion, modify the fees for the Subscription. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Vexis may, in its sole discretion, modify the scope of the Service without prior notice or liability.
Any ”unlimited” allowances are subject to fair use and any customer using resources deemed excessive in comparison to the average usage by other customers on our platform may, at our discretion, be advised to improve website efficiency and/or configure a CDN, or upgrade to a bespoke solution and will be billed accordingly.
All web hosting packages have resource limits. They are 2 vCPU and 2 GB LVE RAM per cPanel account, there are also more limits on the packages, so we recommend that you contact us if you want complete and updated information. We reserve the right to change the resource limits for an active Service at any time without prior notice. In the event that the resource limits are reached, the Service may stop working.
Refunds
Refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Vexis on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Vexis.
Vexis applies the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (SFS 2005: 59), which means that the Customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days. This is done by contacting Vexis customer support. This does not apply to domain names.
Termination
We may terminate your account and/or shut down your Service without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, if you breach the Agreement.
Upon termination of your account, Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Period of the Agreement
Unless otherwise agreed, the initial period of the Agreement shall be twelve(12) months starting from the date confirmation has been issued by Vexis, whereupon completion of the initial period the Agreement will be renewed on a yearly basis
Customer’s responsibility
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for all Content that You post to the Service. By agreeing to Vexis’s Terms and Conditions, you warrant and represent that you have the right to use all Content you post and that the posting of Content through the Service does not violate any rights of any person such as privacy rights, publicity rights, and copyrights.
The customer ensures that all Content uploaded to the server is relevant to the website. Using the space as storage space is a breach of the Agreement.
You are only allowed to host your own websites on your hosting account. It is not allowed to host websites for other people or companies on a single hosting package.
You agree to abide by Sweden’s and your own country’s laws. You are fully responsible for all actions carried out through Our services.
You represent and warrant that You have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment method used to pay for Vexis’s services and that all information supplied to Vexis is true, correct, and complete at all times.
Limitation of Liability
Vexis’s liability for property damage only covers compensation for direct loss and is limited to a maximum of the amount that You will pay to Us for twelve (12) months under the current agreement.
In no event shall Vexis, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
The use of the Service is at the Customer’s sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind.
Vexis, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that the Service will be available at any particular time or location, and that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
Governing law
Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of the Agreement shall be resolved by a Swedish court applying Swedish law.
Changes to the Agreement
Vexis may, in its sole discretion, change or modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. You are responsible to read Terms and conditions from time to time to ensure that your use of the Service remains in compliance with this Agreement. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions to the Agreement, you agree to the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are not allowed to continue using the Service and have to stop using it immediately.
